摘  要:目的了解地处亚高原的昆明城镇高血压与饮食习惯的关系,为本地区高血压及其并发症防治提供依据。方法用单纯随机方法,从2009年10月一2010年4月例行健康体检的18岁以上人群中,抽取检出血压异常且符合高血压诊断标准为高血压组,同时随机抽取体检提示血压正常者作为对照组,两组年龄具有可比性。用自制调查表对两组人员进行摄人食盐、水果、蔬菜、高质饮食、饮酒量进行调查。结果高血压组较对照组摄入食盐较多(P〈0.01)、进食蔬菜、水果少(P〈0.叭)、过量饮酒者多及进食脂类食物多(P〈0.05或P〈0.01),饮食习惯与高血压发生的Logistic回归分析,提示摄入食盐量、蔬菜种类、多脂饮食、进食水果量、过量饮酒因素对高血压有影响。结论在本地区摄入食盐量、蔬菜种类、多脂饮食、进食蔬菜水果量、饮酒过量等因素对高血压有影响。各级卫生机构应加强人们的健康保健知识教育,引导高血压病患者逐步建立科学健康的饮食习惯,阻止或减缓高血压及其并发症的发生发展。Objective To understand the relationship between residents wity Hypertension and their diet in town located Sub plateau in [(unming so as to provide the basis for prevention and treatment of hypertension and its complications. Methods Simple random method from October 2009 to April 2010 a routine health examination of people over the age of 18, detection of abnormal blood pressure taking blood pressure and meet the diagnostic criteria for hypertension, and physical prompts were randomly selected normal blood pressure as control group, two groups of comparable ages. Self-made questionnaire for intake of salt for both groups, fruits, vegetables, high-quality diet, alcohol consumption investigation. Results The salt intaken was higher (P 〈 0.01 ), eating vegetables, fruits was less( P 〈 0.01 ), excessive drinking and eating fatty foods were more in hypertension group than in control group( P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ), dietary habits and Logistic regression analysis of hypertension show that the amount of salt intake, vegetable species, greasy food, the amount of fruit consumption, excessive alcohol consumption influence factors on hypertension. Conclusion In this region the amount of salt intake, vegetable species, greasy food, eat the amount of fruits and vegetables, excessive drinking and other factors affect blood pressure. Health institutions at all levels should strengthen the people's health care knowledge, to guide patients with hypertension and gradually establish a scientific and healthy eating habits to prevent or slow the development of hypertension and its complications.
