摘　　要：通过对近年来国内文献进行分析、归纳,总结中医药在慢性肾功能衰竭非替代疗法中具有明显的临床应用价值,而在慢性肾功能衰竭不同的临床分期阶段,中药方剂的应用有不同的选择,目前以大黄、黄芪、丹参为主的中药组方制剂通过规范化应用,在不同途径的临床使用中体现出了较好的效果,在降低血肌酐、尿素氮方面具有显著疗效,同时改善肾脏微循环,改善供血,从而改善肾小球功能,提高免疫,降低肾损伤,加强肾脏的代偿能力,进而起到了延缓肾病进展的作用。中药是天然药物,相比化学制剂,其副用非常小,从而说明中医药在治疗慢性肾功能衰竭中具有一定的优越性,因此显示出了较好的开发和利用前景。Through the analysis and sorting of domestic literatures in recent years, get the summary that TCM has obvious clinical value in chronic renal failure non-replacement therapy. However, the application of Chinese medical depends on different clinical stage. Currently, TCM formula preparation, which mainly includes rhubarb, astragalus, danshen, reflects the good effect in the treatment of chronic renal failure via Standardized application. TCM formula preparation can effectively reduce the urea nitrogen （ BUN ）, creatinine （Cr）content and improve renal blood-supply, protect and restore glomerulus＇ function. By improving the body immunity, reduce renal damage, enhance the kidney compensatory ability, thus plays a delaying role of chronic renal failure process.However, most traditional Chinese medicines are natural plant instead of the chemical synthesis preparations and has little side effects on human body. Thus explain that traditional Chinese medicine has certain advantages in the treatment of chronic renal failure, therefore showed better development and utilization foreground.
