阿那曲唑对子宫内膜异位症芳香化酶P450、雌二醇及雌激素受体的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨阿那曲唑对子宫内膜异位症(EMs)患者细胞色素芳香化酶P450(P450arom)、雌二醇(E2)和雌激素受体(ER)的影响。方法子宫内膜异位症患者20例采用阿那曲唑治疗3个月为治疗组,子宫内膜异位症未采取药物治疗的20例为对照组,用放射免疫法检测血清中E2水平,用免疫组化方法检测两组患者在位内膜和异位子宫内膜组织中P450arom、ER的表达。结果治疗组与对照组相比血循环中E2、P450arom和ER表达下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论阿那曲唑治疗EMs,可能通过降低血E2,减少异位内膜的P450arom和ER表达而起到使异位内膜病灶萎缩的作用。Objective To investigate the affection of serum estradiol （ E2 ） ,endometrial aromatase cytoehrome P450 （ P450arom ） and estrogen receptor（ER） expression in patients with endometriosis after treatment with anastrozole. Methods Twenty cases of endometriosis with anastrozole treatment for 3 months and 20 cases of endometriosis control group with no treatment was measured by radioimmunoassay analyses of serum E2, imunohistochemical analyses of the endometrial expression of P450arom and ER. Results Serum E2, the expression level of P450arom, ER was decreased in the study group compared with the control group. Conclusion Anastrozole treats endometriosis by the ways of reducing serum E2 and decreaeing the expression o f P450arom and ER in endometrium.
