摘　　要：阐述了海南省防震减灾中心大楼的地震应急指挥技术系统移植重建构成和主要功能,实现了系统集成化管理功能,在实际应用和演练中收到较好效果。This paper stated the composition and main function of earthquake emergency command technology system which be transplanted and reconstructed in the center building for earthquake prevention and disaster mitigation of Hainan province.The system has realized integrated management function,and has good effect in actual application and drill.
