摘　　要：目的探讨超声引导下穿刺硬化治疗肾囊肿的临床疗效。方法在超声引导下对76例肾囊肿患者行穿刺硬化治疗，B超随访观察疗效。结果本组囊肿治愈率达90．8％，总显效率达96．1％，穿刺成功率达100％。结论超声引导穿刺硬化治疗肾囊肿与开放手术相比有明显的优越性，它操作简单、费用低廉、效果显著，患者创伤小、痛苦小，值得在临床上应用和推广。Objective To explore an amniocentesis ultrasound guided cirrhosis treatment of renal cysts clinical efficacy. Methods 76 cases of renal cyst under ultrasound - guided puncture and sclemtherapy, follow - up observation of B - ultrasound effect. Results The cyst cure rate of this group was up to 90. 8 % , always up to 96. 1% efficiently, the success rate of puncture is up to 100%. Conclusion Ultrasound guided sclerotherapy of renal cysts, compared with open surgery has obvious advantages. It was simple, inexpensive and effective, trauma, pain in patients with small, it was worth on the clinical application and promotion.
