低品位矿石资源回收利用研究

摘　　要：充分考虑低品位矿石的特殊属性,遵循品位从高到低的利用原则,运用边际分析法建立了露天矿山开采境界范围内低品位矿石回收利用的模型。并结合某铜矿山低品位矿石回收利用方案优化和确定的实例,为露天矿山开采境界范围内的低品位矿石利用方案做出有价值的探索,可以最大限度实现低品位矿石的回收利用,提高了矿产资源的利用效率,延长了矿山服务年限,改善了矿山生产企业的经济效益。Fully considered of low grade ores special properties, followed the principle to utilize ores from high to low grade, we established a model of open-pit mine exploitation realm range low grade ores recovery and utilization scheme based on marginal analysis method. Combined with the example of determining a copper mine low-grade ore recovery and utilization scheme, the valuable exploration of low-grade ore recovery and utilization were made, which can maximize the recovery and utilization of low grade ores and enhance the mineral resources efficiency, prolong the service life of mine and improve the economic benefit of the mine enterprises.
