摘 要:从理论上分析了核电磁脉冲的工作原理,仿真分析了峰化电容器、主开关和引线电感,阻尼电阻和主开关导通时间对输出脉冲前沿和脉宽的影响。实验最后利用峰化电容谐振充电、冷阴极撬棒管导通放电来研制出核电磁脉冲源。在实验工作空间获得前沿为10ns、脉宽为200ns、场强达到50kV/m的强电磁环境,适用于GJB151A-97中规定的RS105试验要求,可以对计算机系统进行强电磁环境的辐照实验研究。The working principle of nuclear electromagnetic pulse is analyzed in theory,including the influence of peaking capacitance,main switch and the inductance of lead wire,damp resistance and the turn-on time of main switch emulators on the arising time and the pulse width of the output pulse.Based on resonant charge of peaking capacitance and discharge of crowbar-tube,a nuclear electromagnetic pulse simulator has been developed.The test result indicates that the rising time of the output voltage is less than 10ns and the pulse width is about 200ns in the workspace.The field intensity of the workspace can reach 50kV/m.The simulator agrees with requirement of the RS105 standard of GJB151A-97 and can be used in the research on the irradiation effect experiments of the intensive EMP on computer system.
