摘 要:针对直流不间断电源纹波小、输出稳定的特点,提出了一种小型智能化UPS系统的嵌入式设计方案。系统结合高效AC-DC模块、LTC1512稳压充电模块、LTC3780高性能降压-升压型放电模块和LTC4256热插拔保护模块,以获得纯净、稳定的直流输出。嵌入式系统采用C8051F320为主控芯片,通过ADC监测、智能判断、实时中断保护等软件方式实现UPS持续可靠供电和智能化监控。测试结果表明:该小型UPS电源掉电切换时间小于5ms,能提供四路12±0.5V的稳定输出,并具备电压、电流、温度异常等监控保护功能。Based on the DC-UPS features of small current ripple and stable output, an intelligent miniature UPS embedded system was proposed. Through the integration of effective AC-DC module, constant charging module LTC1512, buck/boost discharging module LTC3780 of high performance and hot-swappable protection module LTC4256, clean and stable DC output were obtained. Taking C851F320 as the controller, the system implemented the maintaining of UPS power supplies and intelligent control by the application of ADC measure-software, intelligent judgment and manner of interruption protection. The testing results showed that the tested UPS, whose power-fail switching period was less than 5 ms, could provide four routes of 12+0.5 V stable output and had functions of current/voltage monitoring and abnormal temperature protection.
