摘　　要：更年期综合征中医属绝经前后诸证,烘热汗出为这一时期常见症状,当归六黄汤滋阴清热、固表止汗,本方加减治疗更年期多汗取得较好疗效。Menopause TCM is belonged to menopause syndromes, and Hongre Hanchu is a common syndrome in this period Danggui Liuhuang decoction could Ziyin Qingre and Gubiao Zhihan, so which had a better effect in treating hyperhidrosis in menopause.
