摘  要:尾加压素Ⅱ(UⅡ)是最早从鱼尾部下垂体中分离出的血管活性肽,近来已从人体中克隆出来,通过作用于其特异性受体G蛋白耦联受体参与许多生物学效应,其中包括收缩/舒张血管,促内皮细胞、血管平滑肌细胞、心肌纤维细胞增殖及抑制胰岛素分泌等。UⅡ不仅与许多心血管疾病如高血压、充血性心力衰竭、冠心病和动脉粥样硬化有关,而且研究发现,糖尿病患者血液中UⅡ含量升高,同时有许多研究表明,与2型糖尿病大血管病变、糖尿病肾病、糖尿病视网膜病变、糖尿病足等慢性并发症的发生均有关。UrotensinⅡ(UⅡ)is a vasoactive peptide which was initially isolated from the fish pituitary,and now has been cloned in human.Through interacting on its specific receptor,G protein-coupled receptors 14 involved in many biological effects,including the contraction or relaxation of blood vessels,promoting the proliferation of endothelial cells,vascular smooth muscle cells and cardiac fibroblast,besides,inhibiting the secretion of insulin etc.UⅡ has not only been related to many cardiovascular diseases such as hypertension,congestive heart failure,coronary heart disease and atherosclerosis,but is also found that it raised in diabetic patients blood by many studies.At the same time,UⅡ is aslo related to chronic complications of type 2 diabetes mellitus such as diabetic vascular disease,diabetic nephropathy,diabetic retinopathy,and diabetic foot etc.
