摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜治疗输卵管妊娠的临床效果。方法对鹤壁市第一人民医院自2008年3月至2010年8月应用腹腔镜手术治疗的59例输卵管妊娠患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 59例患者中56例成功实施了腹腔镜手术,成功率为94.9%。术后将59例患者的术中切除物送病理检查均证实为输卵管妊娠。59例患者患者均痊愈出院,切口甲级愈合。术后1个月随访,无不适感觉。结论腹腔镜下手术治疗输卵管妊娠安全、微创、有效,术后患者恢复快、无手术瘢痕,是目前治疗输卵管妊娠的最佳选择。Objective To explore the curative effect of tubal pregnancy treated with laparoscope.Methods Clincal data of 59 patients of tubal pregnancy treated with laparoscope from March 2008 to August 2010 in the First People′s Hospital of Hebi City were retrospectively analyzed.Results Among the 59 total cases,56 cases were successfully operated by laparoscopy,the success rate was 94.9%.The intraoperative excision of 59 cases was tubal pregnancy which confirmed by pathology.59 cases were all cured after treatment with Class-A healing,follow-up of 1 month,the patients had no uncomfortable feeling.Conclusion It is an effective,safe and micro-invasive therapeutic way,and patients recovered quickly without postoperative scar.The way of tubal pregnancy treated with laparoscope is the best choice.
