自拟止血汤治疗放环后出血疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察自拟止血汤治疗放环后出血的疗效。方法:将80例放置IUD后出血患者随机分为两组,治疗组42例,对照组38例。治疗组采用自拟方止血汤,每日1剂,早晚各服1次,7天为一疗程。对照组:用止血敏0.5g,青霉素针80万u,各每日2次,肌肉注射,7天为一疗程。结果:治疗组有效率为92.86%,明显高于对照组的71.05%,经统计学处理有显著性差异。Objective： To observe effects of treating bleeding after putting IUD with stop bleeding decoction. Methods： 80 cases of patients with bleeding after putting IUD were randomly divided into treatment group for 42 cases and control group for 38 cases, in which, treatment group applying Zhixue decoction for 2 times a day, respectively taking in morning and evening, 7 days as a course. While control group applying bleeding min 0.5g, penicillin 100 thousand u, respectively taking 2 times a day, intramuscular, 7 days as a course. Results： Effective rate in treatment group was 92.86%, and it was obviously higher than control group for 71.05%, which had statistically significant differences.
