带蒂大网膜在胸外科术中应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨带蒂大网膜在胸外科手术中的应用效果及治疗体会。方法回顾性分析我院于2009年1月至2010年2月期间收治的45例行带蒂大网膜进行治疗的胸外科患者的临床资料,其中男24例,女21例;年龄15～74岁,平均51.2岁;其中食管贲门癌37例,慢性脓胸3例,自发性食管破裂4例,胸壁结核性脓肿并慢性窦道形成1例,所有患者均应用带蒂大网膜移植治疗。结果 45例患者应用带蒂大网膜移植治疗后均顺利康复。结论带蒂大网膜应用于胸外科治疗部分胸科疾病能减少并发症的发生,临床疗效好,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the application effect and treatment experience of pedicled greater omentum in the thoracic surgery.Methods Retrospective analysis of clinical data of 45 thoracic sufferers treated with pedicled greater omentum in our hospital in January 2009 to February 2010,24 males,21 females;aged 15-74 years at an average of 51.2 years;of which 37 cases were esophageal and cardiac carcinoma,3 cases were pyothorax chronique,4 cases were spontaneous rupture of esophagus,1 case was thoracic phthisical abscess and fistula formation,all patients were treated by pedicled greater omentum.Results After pediculed great omentum treatment,45 recovered smoothly.Conclusion Pedicled greater omentum used in thoracic surgical treatment of thoracic disease can reduce the incidence of complications,and have clinical efficacy,which is worth of clinical application.
