摘　　要：北京市于2007年实施了以农村科技协调员为核心的非政府科技服务体系建设工程,力求实现对政府农技推广体系的有力补充。本文基于对来自北京8个郊区县30个乡镇的农村科技协调员样本的问卷调查结果,分析了当前农村科技协调员参与科技服务工作的行为特征、内在动机、外部环境、服务效果及发展需求,以此为基础,以有效整合农村科技服务资源、实现科技支撑现代农业产业链发展、发挥现代服务业引领作用为目标提出相关对策建议。The non-government agriculture extension system based on rural science and technology coordinators has been developed since 2007 in Beijing,which sought to achieve a strong complement to government agriculture extension system.This paper is based on the sample survey results of the rural science and technology coordinators from 30 towns in Beijing.The survey content includes behavioral characteristics,intrinsic motivation,external environment,service effectiveness and development needs.In view of the analysis,the article puts forward relevant suggestions for integrating rural technology services resources,support to the development of modern agriculture by science and technology and achieving the leading role of modern service industry.
