转枢阴阳针法治疗精神分裂症后抑郁患者35例临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察转枢阴阳针法治疗精神分裂症后抑郁患者的临床疗效。方法将72例患者随机分为药物组和针药组各36例,药物组口服冬眠灵片每次100mg,每日3次,阿米替林片每次25mg,每日3次;针药组在药物治疗基础上给予转枢阴阳针法治疗,选取百会透后顶、印堂、内关透外关、合谷、太冲、通里。两组均治疗8周后观察疗效,并记录两组患者治疗前后汉密尔顿抑郁量表总积分及各因子积分变化。结果针药组总有效率97.1%,药物组总有效率50.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后汉密尔顿抑郁量表各因子中除日夜变化因子无明显改变外,其余因子及总积分均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05或P<0.01),且针药组的改善程度优于药物组(P<0.05)。结论转枢阴阳针法能降低精神分裂症后抑郁患者汉密尔顿抑郁量表积分,提高临床疗效。Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture with a turning yin-yang pivot method on the depression after chizophrenia. Methods Totally 72 cases were randomized into a medicinal group and a medicine plus acupuncture group with 36 in each. The medicinal group was administered wintermin tablets for oral taking, 100rag each time, 3 times a day, and amitriptyline tablets, 25rag, 3 times a day. Based on the same medication, the medicine plus acupuncture group was treated ad- ditionally with acupuncture at Baihui （GV20） penetrating to Houding （GV19）, Yintang （EX-HN3）, Neiguan （PC6） penetrat- ing to Waiguan （TES）, Hegu （LI4）, Taichong （LR3）, and Tongli （HTS） with a turning yin-yang pivot method. Both groups were treated for 8 weeks and then the effect was observed. And the changes of total scores and scores of all factors of Hamilton depression scale of both groups before and after treatment were also recorded. Results The total effective rate in the medicine plus acupuncture group and medicinal group was 97. 1% and 50.0% respectively, the difference was significant （P〈0. 05）. After treatment, of all factors in Hamilton depression scale, except the day-night change factor which was not significantly changed, the others and total score of both groups were all significantly improved （P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 01）, and the improve- ment in the medicine plus acupuncture group was more significant （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Acupuncture with a turning yin- yang pivot method is effective to decrease the score of Hamilton depression scale of the depression patients after schizophrenia and could imorove the therapeutic effect.
