丹红注射液、黄芪注射液对慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨丹红注射液、黄芪注射液对慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化的干预作用。方法 198例慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化患者随机分为治疗组113例,对照组85例,治疗组给予丹红注射液、黄芪注射液联合甘利欣注射液治疗,对照组单用甘利欣注射液,每日1次,60天为1个疗程,于治疗前、治疗后3个月检测患者血清透明质酸(HA)、血清Ⅲ型前胶原(PC-Ⅲ)、层黏蛋白(LN)、Ⅳ型胶原(Ⅳ-C)、肝功能指标及临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效97例(86%),对照组总有效50例(59%),两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后肝功能均较治疗前有不同程度的好转(P<0.05),并且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者血清HA、PC-Ⅲ、LN、Ⅳ-C指标治疗后均有明显下降(P<0.01),而治疗组下降幅度明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论丹红、黄芪注射液联合甘利欣注射液对慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化患者疗效肯定,对肝纤维化指标和肝功能有明显改善作用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Danhong I.njection （Red Sage and Safflower Injection） and Huangqi In- jection （Astragalus Injection） on hepatic fibrosis of chronic hepatitis B. Methods Totally 198 cases of hepatic fibrosis of chro- nic hepatitis B were randomized into a treatment group of 113 cases and a control group of 85 cases. The treatment group was given Danhong Injection, Huangqi Injection, and Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate Injection for treatment, while the control group was treated with Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate Injection only, once a day, 60 clays as one course. Before treatment and 3 months after treatment, the changes in the indices of serum hyaluronie acid （HA）, procollagen Ⅲ （PC-m）, laminin （LN）, IV collagen （IV-C）, liver function, and clinical effect were observed. Results The total effective rate was 86% （97/113） and 59% （50/85） in the treatment group and control group respectively, with statistical difference （P〈0.05）. The liver function of the two groups was improved after treatment and the improvement in the treatment group was more significant （P〈0.05）. A decrease of HA, PC-Ⅲ, LN, and IV-C of both groups after treatment was significant （P〈0.01）, and the decrease was more significant in the treatment group than in the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Danhong Injection and Huangqi In- jection combined with Diamm0fiium Glycyrrhizinate Injection is effective on hepatic fibrosis of chronic hepatitis B, and could significantly imnrove the indices of henntic fihrosis and livar functinn
