摘 要:从理论方面分析了段塞流的形成、危害以及控制方法。利用OLGA软件对气田海底管道实例进行了动态模拟,结果表明湿气和凝析油含量较少的气田混输海底管道,在输送过程中一般不会形成段塞流,运行工况下液相沉积会占据一定的输送空间,但不至于堵塞管道。随着输送时间的增加,管内的持液率相应增加,定期清管是保证输量的有利方式。清管液塞较严重时,应在管道出口设置段塞流捕集器,对液塞进行接收处理,保证正常输送。The formation, danger and control method of pipeline slugging are analyzed from theoretical respect in the article. The dynamic simulation of a subsea pipeline for gas field with OLGA is carred out,the result shows that, in subsea pipeline with less wet gas and less condensate oil, the deposit of liquid phase will occupy partial transport room but usually can't form slugging. The liquid holdup will relevantly increase when augmenting transport time, so regular pigging is a beneficial method to assurance flowrate. A slugging catcher of proper size should be installed downstream of pipeline to receive and handle liquid plug and to ensure regularly work when pigging liquid plug becom sever.
