摘　　要：托管架是深水s型铺管船的关键装备之一，其作用是实现对管道的支撑和引导管道按照所需要的角度入水，使管道铺设时有合理的变形以保证管道安全。在托管架整体分析的基础上，对受力较为复杂的托管架铰接段和中间段之间的连接部件进行非线性接触分析，校核托管架连接部件的安全性，对托管架设计起到一定指导意义。Stinger is one of the key equipments for the S-Lay in deep and ultra deep water. The major function of stinger is to guide the pipeline into the water with reasonable departure angle and profile to ensure the safety of the pipelines. Based on the global structure analysis of stinger, nonlinear contact analysis has been performed for pup piece which connects stinger hitch section and intermediate section, the local strength of pup piece has been checked, and this work has significance of guidance for stinger design.
