摘  要:自升式钻井平台属于海上移动式平台,由于其定位能力强且作业稳定性好,在大陆架的勘探开发中居主力军地位。通过“海洋石油923”及“海洋石油924”自升式钻井平台的监造实践,对其电气系统从电缆敷设、设备安装、电站及发电机的检验方法进行了总结,提出了在电气检验中需要注意的问题,为今后建造和监造船舶及大型海洋工程项目提供了参考和借鉴。As a mobile ocean platform, and owing t~ its high positioning capacity and good operation stability, the self-elevating drilling platform takes a leading role in continental shelf exploration. Based on the practice of the supervision management of "HAl YANG SHI YOU 923"&" HAI YANG SHI YOU 924" self-elevating drilling platform, the inspecting methods of its electrical system which includes cable laying, equipment installation, power station and generator unit test are summarized, and some questions during electrical system inspection are put forward. Further more, it provides some references for building and supervising the ship and large-scale project of ocean engineering.
