摘 要:膜制氮在应用中,膜背压对其影响较大。以某平台为例,当背压小于0.35MPa时,氮气纯度和产量受其影响较小;当背压超过0.35MPa时,氮气纯度急剧增大,而产量也减少较大,当背压达No.64Mpa时,产氮量将大大减少,少于平台工艺生产要求。同时,考虑海洋环境空气潮湿、含盐量大现状,生产操作者应严格遵守操作规程,保证空气预处理系统达到膜制氮的空气质量要求。Nitrogen generation by membrane-separation has been successfully applied at offshore platform. The membrane back pressure has great effects on the stability of membrane-separation. During the investigation on an offshore platform, some results have been found. When membrane back pressure is lower 0.4MPa, the purity and producibility of nitrogen have little change. When the membrane back pressure is over 0.45MPa, the purity of nitrogen will suddenly increase and producibility decrease. When membrane back pressure exceeds 0.65MPa, the flow rate of nitrogen is lower 150 m3/h which is the design flow rate of offshore platform. In order to ensure the membrane efficiency, the air quality should be higher than ussually. So the operators should adherence specification, and check or replace the air filters on time.
