摘  要:“海洋石油981”是第六代深水半潜式钻井平台,科技含量高,设备种类繁多,工艺流程复杂,高强钢及超高强度钢的大量应用,同时船厂缺乏相关设计、建造经验,给项目的质量管理工作提出了严峻的挑战。针对项目的特点,建造项目组从项目质量管理分级预警机制创新和推行全面质量过程管理这两大方面进行了有侧重点的分析和总结,形成了一套适用于深水半潜式钻井平台建造行之有效的质量管理思路和方法。通过上述质量管理方法的具体实践,使得深水钻井船在建造过程中的质量控制取得了良好的效果。‘Haiyang Shiyou 981' is a sixth-generation deepwater semi-submersible drilling platform, which has high technology level, many types of equipment, complex process. High-strengthen steel and super high-strengthen steel are used widely in the structure of the platform. Meanwhile the contractor has limited experience in designing and constructing this type of platform. It is a big challenging task for the construction project team to manage its quality of construction due to these above causes. Aiming at the characteristic of the project, the project team carried out a series of quality management methods and measures in constructing the deepwater platform through a analyses and summary mainly in both quality classified management mechanism and total quality management. These practices have proved that the project team obtained good results in quality control of deepwater drilling platform construction.
