摘  要:胜利滩海油田位于黄河三角洲,该地区的潮汐、波浪、风暴潮等海洋基本水动力要素变化较为复杂,海岸附近的生产活动日益增多,生产调度任务日渐繁重。针对滩海油田现状,提出了生产调度专家系统初步方案,可以及时而有效地预测影响该区生产的海洋动力要素,提高系统的预测精度,为生产调度决策提供技术支持。Shengli coastal oil field is located in the Yellow River delta area. The diversification of marine basic hydrodynamic elements such as the tides, waves, storm surges, etc, is very complex in the area. The production activities are growing quickly and the production scheduling task is becoming increasingly heavier in the coastal area. According to the status in the coastal oil field, a preliminary plan on the production scheduling information system is put forward. The system can be used to predict the ocean dynamic elements timely and effectively that impact the production in the area. The forecast accuracy will be improved and the system will be used to provide technical support for production scheduling decisions.
