护理干预减轻静脉穿刺疼痛的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察护理干预减轻静脉穿刺疼痛的效果。方法将160例住院患者随机分为干预组和对照组各80例,对照组予常规穿刺操作,干预组在对照组基础上实施心理、行为、认知等护理干预,采用WHO疼痛分级法评估疼痛,并作比较分析。结果干预组患者疼痛感明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论护理干预可明显减轻患者静脉穿刺时疼痛。Objective Observe the effect that nursing intervention ease the pain of venipuncture. Methods 160 patients were randomly divided into intervention group and control group ,80 cases a group. Control group received routine puncture operation. Intervention group were implemented psychological, behavioral, cognitive nursing intervention based on the Control group. Assessment of pain was in the way of WHO classification method of pain. The two groups were compared and analyzed. Results Pain in intervention group was significantly lower than that of in control group. There was a significant difference （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Nursing intervention can significantly reduce pain in patients with venous puncture.
