复方紫草油喷雾剂中紫草油提取工艺研究

摘　　要：目的优选复方紫草油喷雾剂中紫草油的最佳提取工艺，为以后制备喷雾剂前的紫草素包合提供条件。方法：用紫外分光光度法测定紫草油中左旋紫草素含量作控制指标，利用spss11．5软件分析L9（34）正交试验优选紫草油的最佳提取方案。结果：最佳工艺为将1cm紫草黝口10倍量麻油浸泡24小时后，加热，油温控制在150℃以内，45分钟，待紫草炸制焦枯，手粘即碎，趁热微孔滤膜过滤，为下一步用环糊精包合提供条件。objective： Optin ization seasame 0il extraction in the best shikonin preparation, condition for clathrafion Arnebiae oil from compound arnebiae oil spray.Methouds： uhraviolet spectrophotometry determination shikonin standard in Arnebiae oil, Spssl 1.5 software analyse L9 （ 34 ） orthogonal design of preference proper technology for extracting Arnebiae oil; Result：From shikonin sesame oilplus eight times the zmount of extraction temperature 110℃, the extraction time ones hour for the best preparation shikonin.Wait for fry to dry up, grind with easy, filter with millipore filtration, when it hot, condition for clathration Arnebiae oil afterward.
