摘　　要：目的：通过拆方分析，简单阐述厚朴大黄汤中各药物在组方中的作用。方法：利用氨水引咳实验和小鼠酚红排泌实验，确定厚朴大黄汤止咳化痰的有效成分。结果：止咳作用复方组〉厚朴＋枳实〉厚朴＋大黄〉厚朴，枳实配伍效果优于大黄；化痰效果是厚朴大黄汤〉厚朴＋大黄〉厚朴＋枳实〉厚朴，大黄配伍效果优于枳实。Objective： Study the functions of different medicine in Houpu dahuang decoction using splitting method. Method： Two experiments were performed with Houpu dahuang decoction, including cough induced by ammonia liquor and phenol red secretion from trachea. Results： Houpu and Zhishi were considered to be the effective materials for cough. As well, Dahuang could reduce the sputum.
