摘 要:基于线圈驱动器发射的基本原理,分析了驱动线圈的受力情况,总结出驱动线圈的设计原则,并根据该设计原则,设计并制作三种不同驱动线圈组件,进行强度试验。试验表明:热量、电磁力是驱动线圈断裂的主要原因,而匝间绝缘破坏是驱动线圈断裂的主要形式。根据试验结果分析,在不改变匝间厚度前提下,通过加冷却系统和在匝间加垫块或支撑的方法可以有效地提高驱动线圈承压能力,为线圈驱动器高速发射奠定工程基础。Based on the principle of coil driver,the stress condition and generalized the principle of design of drive coil are proposed. According to the principle of design, three types of drive coil are designed, produced and tested. The experiment results show that heat and electromagnetic force are the reasons on collapsing of drive coil, and the damage of insulation in the turn-to-turn is the chief form of collapsing of drive coil. The experimental results express that it can effectively improve the ability of bearing voltage of drive coil according to carry the cooling system and gasket or pole in the situation of same thickness among the coil. It will offer some value for the quick-speed emission of coil driver.
