摘  要:目的建立化橘红中肌醇含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测器(HPLC-ELSD)法进行测定,色谱柱为Rezex RCM-Monosaccharide Ca2+(8%)(Phenomenex,300 mm×7.8 mm);流动相为去离子水,流速为0.45 mL.min-1;飘移管温度100℃;雾化气体为空气,流速为2.0 L·min-1;柱温为35℃。结果肌醇在0.25~8.00 mg·mL-1范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999 8,平均回收率为99.32%,RSD=3.34%,样品中其他成分不干扰测定。结论本法简便、准确、可靠,可用于化橘红中肌醇含量的测定。Objective To establish a method for determining the content of inostiol in Citri Grandis.Methods The content was determined by high performance liquid chromatography coupled with evaporative light-scattering detector(HPLC-ELSD) method.The operation was performed on a Rezex RCM-Monosaccharide Ca2+(8%)cloumn(Phenomenex,300 mm×7.8 mm) using deionized water as the mobile phase at the flow rate of 0.45 mL·min-1.The temperature of drift tube and the column was set at 100 ℃ and 35 ℃,respectively.The gas flow rate was 2.0 L·min-1.Results The calibration curve of inositol displayed ideal linearity over the range of 0.25-8.00 mg·mL-1(r=0.999 8),and the average recovery was 99.32% with RSD of 3.34%.The other ingredients in the sample showed no interference.Conclusion The method established could be used for determination of inostiol in Citri Grandis due to its convenience,good reproducibility and high accuracy.
