三七水提物治疗2型糖尿病大鼠的实验研究

摘　　要：目的探讨三七水提物对2型糖尿病大鼠的疗效。方法采用高糖高脂喂饲加注射小剂量链脲佐菌素(STZ)的方法建立大鼠2型糖尿病模型。造模成功后随机将糖尿病大鼠分为模型组、达美康组和三七水提物组,并设正常对照组。给药4周后测定各组大鼠血清空腹血糖(FBG)、胰岛素(INS)、总胆固醇(TC)、游离脂肪酸(FFA)、瘦素(Lep)、丙二醛(MDA)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)及胰腺组织MDA水平,并进行胰腺病理组织学检查。结果三七水提物治疗后大鼠FBG、Lep、MDA水平均明显下降,胰岛素敏感指数提高,胰腺病理损伤减轻。结论三七水提物能够改善2型糖尿病大鼠糖、脂代谢。Objective To explore the effect of Panax notoginseng（Burk1） F.H.Chen on type 2 diabetic rats.Methods Type 2 diabetic rat model was developed by feeding high calorie-diet and injection of low dose streptozotocin.The selected rats were randomly divided into four groups,including normal control,diabetic control,diamicron-treated group and notoginseng-treated group.Blood glucose was determined every week for each group.Insulin,insulin resistance index（ISI）,total cholesterol,total triglyceride,leptin,FFA,TNF-α and MDA were tested by using commercial kits.Results Compared to non-treated diabetic group,notoginseng treatment significantly reduced the levels of FBG,Lep and MDA in serum or tissue,but increased insulin sensitivity index（ISI）.Meanwhile,notoginseng also markedly attenuated pathological injury in pancreas.Conclusion Notoginseng exerts effective protection against type 2 diabetic rats.
