摘　　要：全军军事训练医学研究所为全面提高我军军训伤的整体防治水平,始终围绕创建我军军事训练医学理论体系而努力研究,其具体做法:一是创建《军事训练医学》新学科;二是编制军用标准《军事训练伤诊断标准及防治原则;》三是致力于全军范围内的军事训练医学教育;四是设立全军军训伤监控点系统;五是激活学术活动机制,壮大防治队伍;六是加强基础研究,形成军事训练医学理论体系可持续发展的良好趋势。使全军年度军训伤发生率降低。The institute of military training related science of PLA have improved the levels of military training injuries prevention and treatment.We always focus on creating the system of military training medicine theory.We have made many efforts.First,creating the new discipline ＇military training medicine＇.Second,publishing ＇the diagnostic criteria for military training injuries and preventive principles＇.Third,devoting our efforts to the teaching of military training medicine.Fourth,setting up surveillance points system of military training injuries in the army.Fifth,activating the mechanism of academic activities and expanded the team of military training injuries prevention and treatment.Finally,strengthening the basic research to make the military training medicine theory sustainable.Based on these efforts,the rate of military training injuries reduced greatly.
