摘　　要：目的探索合编医疗单位开展疗治结合的工作模式。方法构建院区资源、特勤疗养、为部队服务等三个双向互动模式并进行系统性实践。结果院区资源、特勤疗养、为部队服务三个双向互动模式的构建与实践,为疗治结合搭建平台、拓展内涵,发挥效能。结论在合编医疗单位开展疗治结合,对促进单位建设的协调发展具有较好的作用。Objective To explore the integrated recuperation and treatment pattern in combined medical organization.Methods Three mutual flow modes were constructed,including hospital resources,special service recuperation and serving the army,which were systematical practiced.Results The construction of three mutual flow modes set up a platform for integrated recuperation and treatment,as well as expand the content of integrated recuperation and treatment.These modes played better performance.Conclusions Carrying out integrated recuperation and treatment pattern in combined medical organization can promote the coordinated development of the organizations.
