医院床位规模及利用的分析评价

摘　　要：目的对15所医院2009年度医院的病床利用情况及实际病床规模设置的合理性进行探讨,为医院科学设置病床规模、提高病床利用效率提供参考。方法应用秩和比法(RSR)和病床工作效率指标对医院病床利用情况和病床设置合理性进行综合评价。结果 2009年度大多医院病床设置基本合理,利用情况较好,少数医院存在病床规模设置与利用不合理的情况。结论医院应注意病床使用率、病床周转次数要保持适当的比例关系,合理配置病床资源,提高病床利用效率。Objective To study on the rationality of actual bed amount in 15 hospitals by analyzing bed utilization rates in the year 2009,to give some advice for setting up the hospital bed amount scientifically and raise its utilization efficiency.Methods The bed utilization and set-up were appraised comprehensively by using the bed efficiency index and the RSR method.Results The bed amounts in the most of the hospitals were set properly in the year 2009,and the beds were utilized efficiently.Conclusions Hospitals should pay attention to keeping the balance of bed utilization rate and turnover frequency indexes.It＇s necessary for the hospitals to set the beds amount properly and to increase the bed utilization rate.
