摘　　要：目的促进合理用药、提升药学服务质量。方法收集医院2009年6—12月的药物咨询756例,将资料按咨询药物类型、咨询解答方式、咨询内容进行分类统计分析。结果与结论用药咨询服务是在门诊药房开展临床药学的新形式和方法。药物咨询工作是临床药学的前哨阵地,做好药物咨询工作对于开展临床药学具有重要意义。Objective To promote rational drug use and improve pharmacy service quality.Method 756 cases of drug consultation in our hospital out-patient pharmacy during Jun.2009 to Dec.2009 were collected.And the data obtained were analyzed statistically according to the kind of drug consulted,the content and way of consultation.Result and Conclusion Drug consultation is a new way to carry out clinical pharmacy services in the outpatient pharmacy.Drug consultation is a outpost position of clinical pharmacy,and it is significant to do drug consultation well for clinic pharmacy services.
