维和医疗分队护理人员能力素质分析

摘　　要：目的探讨维和医疗分队护理人员应具备的相关能力与素质。方法通过分析护理人员的工作、生活环境特点,相关任务标准及要求,结合实际工作经历,提出高标准完成上述工作任务应具备的能力与素质。结果维和护理人员只有具备扎实的专业技术水平、独立工作的能力、较高的英语口语交流能力、良好的沟通协调能力、良好的外交礼仪风范、较高的自我心理调整能力、一定的文艺体育特长,才能胜任艰巨复杂的维和护理工作。结论护理人员具备较高综合能力素质是完成好维和任务的坚实基础。Objective To discuss the essential capability and makings of the nursing Staff in the peacekeeping medical units.Methods By analyzing the characteristics of the working and living environment,correlated mission standard and demand.we combine with practical experience and suggest that the nurses have the capability and makings in order to fulfill peacekeeping tasks in higher standard.Results The nursing Staff should have solid professional skill,capability of independent working,perfect English,favorable communication and coordination,self-mental adjustment,the specialty of literature and athletics.Therefore we can be capable for Nursing Services under the difficult and perplexing circumstances.Conclusions It is substantial groundwork to accomplish the peacekeeping tasks well that the nurses have overall ability.
