医院经济管理人员培养使用之管见

摘　　要：随着国家医疗制度改革不断深入,为了适应新形势下医院经济管理工作的特点和规律,医院管理者必须重视和加大对经济管理人员的培养。本文提出对经济管理人员的业务能力、综合管理素质等方面的培养办法,以及合理用人之长、人尽其才。Along with the national medical system reform,in order to adapting the characteristics and laws of economic management of hospital,hospital administrators must pay attention to and to increase economic management personnel cultivation.The article put forward some cultivating measures on economic management personnel＇s service ability,integrated management quality,as well as how to reasonable employs one＇s advantages.
