摘　　要：随着医院信息技术和区域协同医疗的发展,基于一体化模式和VPN技术,本院建立统一高效、互联互通、资源整合的区域医疗信息服务平台,将局域网直接延伸到部队基层卫生机构。该信息平台能够实现各种临床业务系统的数据共享,将持卡就医、预防保健、双向转诊、远程医疗等功能融为一体,有效缓解部队基层卫生机构医疗设备差及专业技术力量不足等问题。As the development of hospital information technology and regional cooperative medical service,a uniform,effective and synthesized regional medical information service platform has been constructed based on the integrated model and VPN technology,and with which the local net has reached the medical institutions directly in grass-roots army.With this information platform,the share data,health prevention and care,two-way referral,and long-distance health service can be realized for various clinic transaction systems,and the functions of treatment with card can be integrated.As a result,the problems of hard medical condition and low technical level in grass-roots army have been relieved effectively.
