摘　　要：概述了国内外超细晶钢的发展情况。系统分析了晶粒细化对钢铁材料综合性能的影响。介绍了微合金化、磁场或电场处理、热处理、形变诱导相变、大塑性变形、新型机械控制轧制技术等晶粒细化的关键技术,并指出了超细晶钢在生产及应用中存在的问题。The development of domestic and overseas research on ultrafine grain steel is summarized.The influence of grain fining on comprehensive performance of steel product is systematically analyzed.This paper also introduces the key technologies of manufacturing ultrafine grain steel,for example,micro-alloying,magnetic or electric fields treatment,heat treatment,deformation-induced ferrite transformation,severe plastic deformation,TMCP technique（Thermo-Mechanical Control Process） and so on.At last,the problem in the production and application of ultrafine grain steel is introduced.
