摘　　要：建立测定猪肠衣中磺胺二甲基嘧啶残留量的ELISA分析法。方法检测低限为5μg/kg;在5μg/kg、20μg/kg和100μg/kg三个添加水平进行加标回收试验,回收率分别为82.0%-96.0%、87.5%-102.0%和83.9%-105%;重复性试验:CV%分别为5.3%、5.3%和8.2%;重现性试验:CV%分别为8.0%、7.9%和7.5%。本方法灵敏度、准确度和精密度均符合残留分析质量控制的要求,适用于猪肠衣中磺胺二甲基嘧啶残留量的快速检测。[Objective] To develop an enzyme immunoassay method for the detection of sulphodimides（SM2） residues in aquatic products.[Results] The limit of detection（LOD） was 5 μg/kg;At the spiked levels of 5 μg/kg,20μg/kg and 100μg/kg,the mean recovery of this method were 82.0%-96.0%,87.5%-102.0% and 83.9%-105%,respectively,with the CV% for the repeatability being 5.3%,5.3% and 8.2%,and the CV% for the reproducibility being 8.0%,7.9% and 7.5%.[Conclusions] The sensitivity,accuracy and precision of the method all accorded with the guide for quality control of residues analysis.It is suitable for the rapid detection of SM2 residues in hog casing.
