摘　　要：针对较难把握近期轨道交通建设规模的问题,选用国内14个典型代表城市,通过比较其GDP、固定资产投资、一般预算地方财政收入等经济指标,分析哈尔滨市近期轨道交通的建设条件。分别给出动态和静态的计算方法,根据历年经济指标的增长率,计算轨道交通建设年均投资对市政府的压力,采用对比的方法,分析哈尔滨市轨道交通建设的合理规模。In order to determine the scale of subway construction in Harbin city,GDP,investments in fixed assets,the general budget of local financial revenue of fourteen domestic cities were adopted as economic indices to analyze the conditions for the Harbin subway construction.Both static and dynamic methods were adopted to calculate the financial pressure on the government by the construction of subway according to the growth rate of annual economic indices.A comparative method was taken to determine the scale of Harbin subway.
