摘 要:目的探讨不同程度足月新生儿窒息复苏后早期凝血功能的变化及其临床意义。方法检测52例不同窒息程度足月新生儿治疗前后血小板计数(PLT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、纤维蛋白原(Fg)及凝血酶时间(TT)水平变化,并与对照组进行比较。结果与对照组比较,窒息组患儿PLT、PT、APTT、Fg以及TT等指标均出现变化(P<0.05),而重度窒息组较轻度窒息组改变更为明显(P<0.05);病情缓解后上述指标均可恢复正常。结论室息新生儿存在出凝血功能紊乱,表现为以高凝状态为主的Pred-DIC。Objective To explore the change of homeostasis and coagulation in early stage of asphyxiated newborns.Methods A total of 52 asphyxiated newborn were recruited in this study.The levels of platelet counts,prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),fibrinogen(Fg) and thrombin time(TT) of asphyxiated newborn were measured before and after treatment,while 30 healthy newborns as control group. Results Compared with the control group,the changes of PLT,PT,APTT,Fg and TT levels in children with asphyxia group were significant(P0.05),especially for the severe asphyxia group(P0.05).After remission,these above indicators can be back to normal level. Conclusion There is a coagulation disorder in neonatal asphyxia and hyper-coagulable state manifested mainly by Pred-DIC.
