摘 要:本文采用积分安培检测器、Ag/AgCl参比电极、Ag工作电极的离子色谱法检验中毒血样中的氰离子。绘制了氰离子标准曲线,线性方程Y=15.0209x+7.0184,r2=99.9224%,线性范围0.051mg/L-51mg/L,最低检出限以3倍基线噪声法表示为0.003mg/L;采用空白血样添加制作校正曲线,线性方程Y=13.0515x-2.0036,r2=99.7828%,回收率以添加51mg/L、1.02mg/L的标准溶液1.0mL为例,分别为83.9%和92.7%。以校正曲线测定实际案件中的中毒死亡的血液检材中的氰离子,结果为12.883mg/L。Using integrated amperometric detection,Ag/AgCl reference electrode and Ag working electrode,a method for determination of cyanide in poisoned blood sample by ion chromatography was established.The standard curve was Y=15.0209x+7.0184(r2=99.9224%)and the linear response range was 0.051mg/L to 51mg/L.The lowest detection limit of the method was 0.003mg/L as 3 times of baseline noise technique;Adding blank blood to make calibration curve,linear equation Y=13.0515x-2.0036(r2=99.7828%) was obtained.The recoveries were 83.9% and 92.7% with 1 mL standard solution(51mg/L and 1.02mg/L) respectively.Using the calibration curve to detect the cyanide ion in poisoned blood sample of the usual case,the result was 12.883mg/L
