摘　　要：介绍了国防知识产权的特点及进行国防知识产权全过程管理的重要性,分析了全过程管理流程设计及管理流程中的重点环节,也分析了全过程管理的保障体系,同时提出了深入推进全过程管理亟需解决的问题。The characteristics and essentiality of whole process intellectual property rights management in the national defence scientific research items are introduced.And the key sects of the whole process intellectual property rights management are also been analyzed.Then the guarantee system of the whole process intellectual property rights management are also been analyzed.Suggestions for pushing the whole process intellectual property rights management onward,which are needed solved imminently,are proposed.
