61例先天性心脏病介入治疗临床分析

摘　　要：目的:观察介入治疗先天性心脏病的临床疗效,总结治疗经验。方法:2009年1月至2010年6月我院共施行介入封堵治疗61例常见先天性心脏病患者,其中继发孔型房间隔缺损21例,室间隔缺损22例,房间隔缺损合并室间隔缺损1例,动脉导管未闭15例,肺动脉狭窄2例。房间隔缺损、室间隔缺损及动脉导管未闭封堵术均采用Amplatzer法。术后常规服用阿司匹林(3 mg/kg),疗程半年。术后1 d7、d、1月、3月、6月和1年时随诊复查心脏彩超、心电图、胸片。结果:全部患者均无严重并发症发生,无死亡。封堵成功58例(除1例房间隔缺损和2例室间隔缺损)。随访2～20个月无残余分流及严重心脏事件。结论:经导管介入治疗先天性心脏病创伤小,安全,可靠,成功率高、值得进一步推广。Objective： To evaluate the therapeutic effect of intervention treatment of congenital heart disease（CHD）.Methods： From January 2006 to June 2010,61 patients with CHD admitted to North Court Affiliated People′s General Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region underwent intervention treatment,of which,21 were atrial septal defect（ASD）,22 ventricular septal defect（VSD）,1 ASD combined with VSD,15 patent ductus arteriosus（PDA）,2 pulmonary stenosis（PS）.Amplatzer methods were applied in these procedures,and Aspirin（3mg/kg） was given to all patients after surgery.The echocardiogram,electrocardiogram and chest film were performed 1 day,7 days,1 months,3 months,6 months and 1 year after surgery in order to evaluate therapeutic effects.Results： Neither serious complications nor death occurred among these patients.Except 1 case of ASD and 2 cases of VSD,all procedures were successful in other 58 patients（95.1%）.No severe complications were found according to 2-20 months follow up.Conclusions： With lighter trauma,less complications,intervention treatment is safe and effective on CHD.And it′s worth for application in large scale.
