中西医结合治疗药物流产后阴道出血疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:研究缩宫素配伍生化丸对药物流产患者阴道出血量和出血时间的影响。方法:202例服用米非司酮加米索前列醇药物流产患者随机分为观察组与对照组,观察组116例,药物流产后给予缩宫素配伍生化丸治疗;对照组86例,药物流产后不应用止血缩宫剂治疗,比较两组患者阴道出血量和出血时间。结果:观察组药物流产后出血量(<月经血量、等于月经血量、>月经血量)分别为59.48%、25.00%、15.52%,对照组分别为20.93%、48.84%、30.23%,观察组出血量较对照组明显减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组出血时间≤10 d、>10 d分别为63.79%、36.21%,平均出血(8.69±4.51)d;对照组出血时间≤10 d、>10 d分别为32.56%、67.44%,平均出血(14.37±6.46)d,观察组出血时间较对照组明显缩短(P<0.05)。结论:药物流产时加用缩宫素和生化丸可减少药物流产后出血,值得临床推广应用。Objective： To investigate the influence of oxytocin combing with Shenghua Wan on the volume and time of vaginal bleeding.Methods： A total of 202 patients taking mifepristone plus misoprostol for medical abortion were randomly divided into observation group（116 cases） and control group（86 cases）.After abortion,the observation group was given oxytocin combing with Shenghua Wan,while the control group was given hemostatic agents plus oxytocin,Compare the bleeding volume and time of the two groups.Results： Bleeding volume was less than menstrual fluid volume in59.48% patients in the observation group,equal with menstrual fluid volume in 25.00% and 15.52% patients had bleeding volume more than menstrual fluid volume.The corresponding percentage for the control group was 20.93%,48.84% and 30.23%,which was significant larger than that in the observation group（P0.05）.In the observation group,63.79% patients showed bleeding time less than 10 days with an average bleeding time of（8.69±4.51）d,the corresponding data for the control group was 32.56% and（14.37±6.46）d,which was significant longer than that of the observation group（P0.05）.Conclusions： Oxytocin combing with Shenghua Wan can reduce bleeding volume in medical abortion,and is worthy of clinical application.
