择期手术患者输血前血型不规则抗体检测的临床意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨择期手术患者输血前血型不规则抗体筛检的临床应用价值。方法:对在我院住院择期手术需输血的1979例患者提前进行不规则抗体的检测。结果:在1979例患者中检出不规则抗体阳性9例,阳性率为0.45%(9/1979),其中男性3例,阳性率为0.30%(3/992),女性6例,阳性率为0.61%(6/987)。Rh系统抗体6例,占66.6%。结论:对择期手术需输血患者提前常规检测不规则抗体,可以及早发现阳性的患者并有充裕的时间鉴定其特异性,选择相配合的血液输注,有利于保障输血的安全,保证手术如期顺利进行。Objective： To explore the clinical significance of irregular blood group antibodies screening for patients scheduled for surgery.Methods： A total of 1 979 cases that scheduled for surgery were screened for irregular blood group antibodies.Results： Of the 1 979 cases,9 showed positive results with a positive rate of 0.45%（9/1979）.Three of the 9 were male（0.30%,3/992）,and 6 were female（0.61%,6/987）.Six of the 9 cases showed positive in Rh system antibodies accounting for 66.6%（6/9）.Conclusions： Irregular blood group antibodies screening for patients scheduled for surgery can guarantee well preparation of blood supply for those who are detected as positive.
