门诊2型糖尿病合并高血压患者临床分析

摘　　要：目的:研究门诊2型糖尿病患者合并高血压情况及治疗现状,以进一步加强糖尿病门诊高血压知识宣传教育,提高控制率。方法:选取孝感中心医院2011年1～4月间糖尿病门诊就诊并随访的2型糖尿病患者389例,分析合并高血压患者的性别、年龄分布;收缩压、舒张压控制情况及服用降压药情况。结果:389例2型糖尿病患者中,合并高血压者253例(65.0%),男、女高血压构成比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);无高血压患者平均年龄(57.06±10.48)岁,有高血压患者平均年龄(58.84±11.3)岁,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);收缩压和舒张压控制均理想者仅占38.73%,且二者的控制情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);血管紧张素转换酶ACEI抑制剂在门诊2型糖尿病高血压人群用药中占主要地位,复方制剂类旧药用药比例也较大,长效降压药应用有待进一步推广。结论:在临床实践中应加强宣传及改进糖尿病门诊血压控制的重视及降压药用药知识,及早发现糖尿病合并高血压患者,给予积极治疗,减少并发症的发生。Objective： Objective： To survey the treatment of Xiaogan center hospital outpatients with Type 2 diabetes and hypertension there present situation,to propaganda the knowledge of high blood pressure education in diabetes clinics and improve the control.Methods： Select patients with type 2 diabetes in Xiaogan center hospital from January 2011 to April 2011 diabetes clinics,follow-up and analysis patients with high blood pressure distribution morbidity with gender and age;analysis systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure control and the type of antihypertensive drug medication,frequency.Results：There is no difference between the average age group without high blood pressure and have high blood pressure group average age（χ2=0.82,P0.05）,so as men and women.systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure are controlled well only 38.73%,there is no statistically significant difference between the both,angiotensin converting enzyme inhibition plays an important role in type 2 diabetes with high blood pressure,more than 46.6% patients take it,and the percentage of compound preparations old medicinal drug proportion also plays an important role,the application of long-term antihypertensive drug needs further promotion.Conclusions：More patients should be paid to improving blood pressure in diabetes clinics and the knowledge drug use.
