锁定钢板治疗股骨髁间骨折临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨锁定钢板治疗股骨髁间骨折的临床疗效。方法:随机抽取我科2009年1月～2010年4月收治的股骨髁间骨折患者120例,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组60例,两组临床资料比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性。观察组应用锁定钢板治疗股骨髁间骨折,对照组采用动力髁螺钉板内固定治疗,对比两种治疗方法的治疗效果。结果:治疗效果采用Merchan方法评估疗效:观察组:优20例,良30例,中7例,差3例。对照组:优12例,良21例,中15例,差12例,两组疗效比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:两种方法都可以有效治疗股骨髁间骨折,但锁定钢板组治疗效果优于动力髁螺钉板内固定组。锁定钢板是根据骨骼的特定部位的解剖形态制作,用于治疗股骨髁间骨折操作简单,固定可靠,便于早期锻炼,是一种疗效较好的生物学固定方法。Objective： To explore effect of locking steel plate on intercondylar fracture of femur.Methods： A total of 120 cases with intercondylar fracture of femur admitted from January 2009 to April 2010 were randomly divided into observation group and control group by half.Patients in observation group were treated by locking steel plate,while patients in control group by internal fixation with dynamic condylar screw.The efficacy was compared and observed.Results： Merchan scale showed there were 18 excellent cases,30 good cases,9 mediate cases and 3 poor cases in observation group,while 12 excellent cases,21 good cases,15 mediate cases and 12 poor cases in control group.There was significant difference between two groups（P0.05）.Conclusions： Two methods are effective on intercondylar fracture of femur,and locking steel plate is more effective.It is bases on anatomic form of specific parts of bone,simple and reliable.It is useful in early exercise,and an effective biological fixation.
