摘 要:目的观察丙泊酚单次腹腔注射对左利鼠和右利鼠的麻醉效果及安全性。方法用伸爪取食法将小鼠分为左利鼠(L组)和右利/双利鼠(R组),再以丙泊酚剂量分为100 mg/kg组(L1、R1组)和150 mg/kg组(L2、R2组),每组10只。记录小鼠翻正反射消失的潜伏期和睡眠时间。结果麻醉前L组和R组10 min内自主活动次数分别为(349.96±82.69)次和(276.38±60.23)次(P<0.01)。L1、L2组麻醉后睡眠时间分别长于R1、R2组[(27.83±14.48)min vs.(41.44±15.10)min,(15.15±6.88)min v.s(23.52±14.80)min(P<0.05)]。结论左利鼠对丙泊酚的耐受性较右利鼠差,对该类现象的深入研究将有望为临床的个体化用药提供依据。Objective To investigate the anesthetic action of intraperitoneal (ip) propofol in left-pawed and right-pawed mice. Methods By using paw preference test, the Kunming mice were divided into 2 groups: left-pawed(group L), right-pawed and ambidextrous mice(group R). After recording the normal autonomic activities of all mice, the left-pawed and right-pawed mice were randomly divided into 2 groups respectively: 100 mg/kg propofol ip(group L1 ,group R1), 150 mg/kg propofol ip(group L2, group R2). The incubation period and sleeping time of the lose of righting reflex following propofol injection were tested. Results The autonomic activities of left-pawed mice were obviously higher than right-pawed one before injecting propofol(P〈0. 01). The sleeping time of left-pawed mice were obviously longer than right-pawed one both group L1 and L2(P〈0.05 or P〈 0.01). Conclusion The drug tolerance of left-pawed mice may be poorer than right-pawed one. The deep study about such phenomenon may be the basis of clinical personalized medicine.
