摘 要:提出了一种V型发动机正时链系统的设计方法。采用一个惰轴链轮将链条的松边分为两段,并分别采用两个张紧臂组件和两个张紧器对链条的松边进行张紧,从而减小了张紧器柱塞的工作行程,使系统结构紧凑。进行了正时链条的选择计算及其静强度验算,并进行了相关试验研究。试验结果表明,该种V型发动机正时链系统的设计方法是科学的、可行的,采用该方法设计的V型发动机正时链系统的平顺性能和耐磨性能优良。A design method for V type engine timing chain system was proposed herein,which adopted an idler shaft sprocket to divide the slack side of the chain into two segments,and utilized an arm assy-tensioner to tension this slack side.The working stroke of the tensioner's plunger can be decreased by this way,so the mechanical structure of this chain system can be compacted obviously.The calculation methods for choosing timing chain and for validating it static strength were also given via an example.The experimental results show that the engine timing chain system designed by this method has outstanding smooth and wear resistance performance,which also shows that the design method proposed here is very effective and scientific.
