Comparative Study on Low-temperature Resistance of Hybrid Rice Combination Derived from Female Parent C815S and Y58S at Grain Filling Stage

摘  要:灌浆期遭遇低温是影响湖南晚稻生产的主要气候因素。采用分期播插试验,将6个C两优和6个Y两优母系组合对秋季低温的抗性进行了比较。试验结果表明:不同组合对2010年9月下旬至10月上旬多日持续低温的抗性存在显著差异;Y58S系组合对后期抗低温抗性比C815S系列组合较强,主要表现在Y系组合高产性、结实性均优于C系组合;而Y系组合中,Y两优353、Y两优358、Y两优354等3个组合受后期低温的危害最轻。Low-temperature appeared at grain filling stage was one of the major climatic factors that affect late rice production in Hunan province. Using stage sowing and transplanting experiment to compare the low-temperature resistance in autumn among six combinations of Cliangyou and six combinations of Yliangyou. The resuhs showed that the resistance of different combinations to a continuous low-temperature lasted from late Sep. to early Oct. 2010 had significant different; the resistance to low-temperature of Y58S combination was stronger than that of C815S combination in late period, which mainly expressed at higher yield and better fecundity of Y line combinations than that of C line combinations; Yliangyou353, Yliangyou358 and Yliangyou354 had the slightest damage of low-temperature in late period among Y line combinations.
