摘 要:对临夏高寒阴湿地区蚕豆苗期镰刀菌根腐病典型病株进行分离培养,共获得34个镰刀菌单孢菌株,经鉴定分别是茄镰刀菌(Fusarium solani)、半裸镰刀菌(Fusarium semitectum)和单隔镰刀菌(Fusarium dimerum)。采用室内盆栽接种和平皿接种法测定致病性,结果表明,茄镰刀菌、半裸镰刀菌和单隔镰刀菌对蚕豆幼苗都有较强的致病性。其中,半裸镰刀菌和单隔镰刀菌是蚕豆苗期根腐病病原属首次报道。Isolation and culture of typical diseased plants of Viciafaba L. with fusafium root rot at seedting stage in the cold and humid regions of Linxia, 34 single-spore isolates of fusarium were obtained and identified, which belonged to Fusarium solani, Fusarium semitectum and Fusarium dimerum, respectively. Their pathogenicity was tested by using pot inoculation and culture plate inoculation in laboratory. The resuhs showed that all isolates had strong pathogenicity to seedlings of Viciafc^a L., in which the Fusarium semitectum and Fusarium dimerum were the pathogens for root rot of Viciafaba L. at seedling stage.is the first confirmed record.
